All third parties in this sense are processors employed by us (Art. 28 GDPR). These are companies in the categories of IT services, logistics, printing services and telecommunications. Using the author search function as part of the abstract submission, registered authors can display all address details of the authors stored in the database when entering co-authors for the abstract to be submitted and can include them in their abstract by selecting them. d) Duration of storage
The data you store will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship between you and GOTS. If this contractual relationship expires or you make use of your rights stated under lit. f), your data will be treated in accordance with your exercise of rights in the sense of lit. f) and, if necessary, deleted, unless statutory provisions provide for longer retention periods.

e) Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
